Accreditation
Samyak is the First ISO 15189:2012 certified Clinical laboratory in Nepal and is approved by Accreditation Education Research & Scientific Services Center (AERSSC). AERSSC is an autonomous body established with an objective to provide accreditation services in accordance to the prevailing latest international standards. AERSSC is an associate member of International Laboratory Accreditation Co-operation (ILAC).
In accordance with the requirements of ISO 15189 and AERSSC, daily record keeping, implementation of standard operating procedures, routine calibration and maintenance, internal quality control, and participation in international proficiency testing programs have been implemented.
At Samyak, maintaining a quality management system is a top priority. This is achieved through a combination of quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement, all of which are in compliance with the ISO 15189: 2012 standards and AERSSC requirements.
In order to meet the requirements of ISO 15189 and AERSSC, daily records are meticulously documented, standard operating procedures have been established, regular calibration and maintenance are conducted, internal quality control measures are implemented, and participation in international proficiency testing programs are ensured.
